Frequently Asked Questions

When do I pay the fee?

Fees are collected at the time of transaction completion. Buyers pay their portion when completing payment, and the seller's portion is deducted from their payout.

Are there any fees if the transaction doesn't close?

No. You only pay if the transaction successfully completes. If a transaction is cancelled or falls through, there are no fees.

How do sellers receive their payout?

Sellers receive payouts via Stripe Connect. Once you set up your payout account in your profile, funds are automatically transferred when a sale completes. Payouts typically arrive in 2-3 business days.

Is the platform fee negotiable for large transactions?

Our tiered pricing already provides lower rates for larger transactions. For portfolios over $500,000, contact us to discuss custom arrangements.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers through Stripe. ACH is recommended for larger transactions to minimize processing time.
